Position Summary
The Accounting Specialist (AS) will be an integral part of our finance and accounting team. The AS will work closely with and report directly to our Director of Finance and initially their main responsibility will be contracts administration.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following)
- Manage all existing client contracts. This includes contract renewals, requirements, administration, organization and data entry.
- Responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections
- Basic accounting/bookkeeping
- Payroll processing
- Expense reimbursement and review
- Coordinate and assist with company’s response to RFP/RFO's.
Qualifications
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Either a degree in Accounting or a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
- Knowledge of SalesForce or similar CRM is a plus
