Position Summary
GovDelivery seeks an experienced Business Analyst to work directly with internal and external customers to:
- Gather and document user stories to communicate business requirements and technical specifications
- Identify, conceptualize, develop and implement business solutions
- Work hand-in-hand with technical team members to provide insight during solution development
- Act as a subject matter, process, and operational expert for non-technical teams, including conducting end user training
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience gathering requirements for software development projects
- Experience interacting with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, results-oriented attitude
- Proven public speaking skills (in-person and online)
- Contributing member of a cross-functional team
- Ability to function independently and with minimal supervision

Education
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
