Bob is a global tech veteran that has held senior positions ranging from software engineering, to sales and marketing, to strategy and chief executive officer. Bob is an accomplished author whose business and technology perspectives have been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, and on National Public Radio.
Laurel leads the Product Management team, which is focused on bringing software to market that helps the public sector connect with citizens. Laurel has held a variety of product roles at ING DIRECT / Capital One 360, the largest online bank in the U.S. Laurel holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Bobbie has more than 25 years of federal information technology experience. She has built and led a team dedicated to improving communications in the public sector. Bobbie serves as membership chair on the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) DC Chapter board of directors, and is an active member of ACT/IAC.

Scott co-founded GovDelivery in 2000, a few months later the City of St. Paul became the company’s first customer. Since then, he has dedicated his time to encouraging open government, civic engagement and technology innovation in the public sector. Carrie has significant experience managing human resources functions and developing HR frameworks within small organizations, including technology startups. Prior to joining GovDelivery, she worked with startup schools to create and implement their HR frameworks. Carrie holds a BS degree from Penn State.

Becky joined GovDelivery in 2013 as the Controller and is the senior Finance person responsible for the GovDelivery Accounting and Finance functions. She has been involved with several high growth companies since the start of her career. Becky received her B.S. from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
With over 15 years of marketing and public relations experience in both the public and private sector, Natalie understands the challenges that communication professionals face each day. She assists GovDelivery clients in maximizing the effectiveness of their communication goals. Natalie has a BA from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.
