GovDelivery has excellent automation when watching an RSS feed.* If we are currently watching a web page for your item, but it makes sense to watch an RSS feed instead; please follow these steps to make that transition:
1. Navigate to the Item Information page
2. Remove URL of web page, turn Page Watch off, and click Save button (this clears the cache)
3. Wait one cycle of Page Watch (this is typically one hour)
4. Add URL of RSS feed and turn Page Watch back on
*Two benefits of watching an RSS feed:
1. We can automatically pull content from the RSS feed and insert into the GovDelivery bulletin.
2. Page Watch can differentiate between new content and updated content. If auto-send is enabled we only automatically send new content.
