Position Summary
GovDocs has an opening for an Insides Sales Representative, responsible for selling to Major Account customers. The Inside Sales Representative will qualifying, propose, and close new major account contracts and achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead qualification through cold calling from company provided lists.
- Advance sales by cultivating the pipeline of self-generated and company provided qualified leads.
- Write proposals and conduct phone sales meetings.
- Manage contract creation and negotiations.
- Close Opportunities and maintain sales at or above monthly quotas.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date activity and correspondence in company's CRM tool (NetSuite).
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, one-on-one meetings, training sessions and company-wide meetings and events.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet most of the following requirements
- 3+ years experience business-to-business direct sales
- Ability to cold prospect
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quota
- Negotiation skills
- Experience working in CRM tool (NetSuite or SalesForce desired)
- Experience with HR products, desirable
Compensation
- Base salary, plus commission
- Paid vacation, holiday, medical, dental, matching 401(k).
