Position Summary
As a member of the GovDelivery Client Services team, the Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing GovDelivery EDSM® software to new enterprise client accounts such as the State of Indiana, Maricopa County, AZ, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and Washington, DC. You will be an instrumental team member involved in managing post-sales client relationships to ensure successful use of the GovDelivery platform. The major elements of the job include maintaining the highest level of product knowledge, ensuring prompt and proper implementation of the GovDelivery EDSM product, and contributing to product development.
The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker who can provide support in the areas of client assessment, set-up, launch, and aftercare. As a consummate supporter of the client, the Implementation Manager is expected to be versatile, flexible and eager to master the GovDelivery EDSM system. Candidates should bring a consultative approach, with a 'whatever it takes' attitude to ensure client success.
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in SaaS implementations.
