As a member of the GovDelivery Client Services team, the Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing GovDelivery EDSM^® software to new enterprise client accounts such as the State of Indiana, Maricopa County, AZ, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and Washington, DC.  You will be an instrumental team member involved in managing post-sales client relationships to ensure successful use of the GovDelivery platform. The major elements of the job include maintaining the highest level of product knowledge, ensuring prompt and proper implementation of the GovDelivery EDSM product, and contributing to product development.

• Manage multiple GovDelivery EDSM implementations ensure timely and complete implementations.  Clarify and drive implementation commitments; establish and maintain clear chains of accountability within GovDelivery and client organizations.
• Organize and conduct all level of GovDelivery system training, onsite or via webinar.
• Provide detailed weekly updates on implementation/project progress.
• Miscellaneous support to the Client Care and Sales teams as needed.

• Three to five years experience in project management, preferably in a government setting.
• Clear, concise communicator via email, phone, webinar, and live presentation.
• Must be willing to travel up to 20%.

• Software as a Service (SaaS) support and/or implementation experience
• GovDelivery EDSM experience

• BA/BS or equivalent
