California Department of Insurance identifies $250K in savings with GovDelivery
"We have identified $250,000 in annual printing and distribution cost savings from using GovDelivery. This is an ROI (Return on Investment) of over 200%."

E-mail Subscription Management enables public sector organizations to cut thousands or even millions of dollars in costs while improving communication with citizens and other stakeholders. Savings occur as newsletters, bulletins, minutes, agendas, press releases, and other mass mailings or regular communications are distributed electronically to e-mail subscribers rather than via paper and fax. GovDocs works in cooperation with public sector organizations to identify savings opportunities.

Public Safety and Law Enforcement: Solving Crimes through E-mail Leads
GovDocs' customer, Stearns County recently partnered with Sherburne and Benton counties through the Tri-County Crime Stoppers agency to offer crime alerts to citizens.
"This will be a valuable tool for the Stearns County Sheriff's Department," said Sheriff John Saner. "By making all this information so accessible to the public, we will have a lot more people on the lookout for suspects, not just law enforcement. The public is always a great tool in helping us solve crimes."
