As director of communication, Mehgan O'Connor oversees all communication efforts for the state of Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) and the state's official Web site, IN.gov. Her responsibilities include supervising all IN.gov "top level" and IOT Web site content and graphics; directing the implementation of multiple dynamic IN.gov solutions, including GovDelivery, and managing IN.gov's relationship with the governor and lieutenant governor's offices.
